Cancellation and Deposit Policy

At SEPI Beauty Bar, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please be aware of our cancellation and deposit policy:

24-Hour Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. We will gladly refund your deposit if you cancel within this timeframe.

No-Show and Late Arrival: If you do not show up for your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will not be refundable. This policy helps us manage our schedule and provide the best possible service to all our clients.
